Karmen is absolutely amazing!! I have been going to her every month to get sugar waxed for over a year. She has always made sure that I am comfortable and has done an amazing thorough job. She is always looking for new ways to improve her services like facials and sugar waxing as well as communicating with you. She is so easy to talk to and never makes you feel judged. Charmen did not miss a beat from all of the amazing attention to my face, warm towels, incredible smells, relaxing music, to the deep tissue head massage, neck, shoulders, even my lips got attention.
