Perfectly Polished

What a great experience! Kathy at Perfectly Polished lives up to the name. We had pleasant conversation, she was thoughtful with color suggestions and absolutely a pleasure. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at this shop. The owner, Kathy, was real friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my time and my nails look great! I got a manicure with gel nails. I will definitely go back!

Kathy is delightful, my nails turned out perfectly--better even than I expected! Kathy helped pick the right colors and style for me since this was my first time at a nail salon. I was lost and running late and when I called to let her know she was so understanding. This is a one woman shop; quiet, comfortable, no heavy chemical smell. Music wasn't overbearing. The only critique is that the inside could use some upgrading of decor, etc. However, I loved my experience and highly recommend Kathy and plan to return to her in the future.

DO not waste your money. Horrible customer relations. The staff is argumentative. The salon is small and only staffed by 2 people. The owner and her high school assistant. Which, might even be illegal. Being that a high school student can't be a licensed nail technician, and yet the girl is working on clients nails.

I have been to this salon several times and have always had very professional service. I was there yesterday and mentioned Flora's review to the owner and she knew exactly who made the review. It turns out that Flora had an expired Groupon and wanted full credit for it. She had 6 months to use the Groupon; cancelled several appointments and when she finally made it in, it was expired. She was offered $54 credit (the value of the Groupon) towards her services but she somehow didn't think that was a fair offer. Flora - look up the word expired in the dictionary - the shop owner shouldn't have to lose money because you couldn't take responsibility for your own actions (or inactions).
