Messed up a simple 0-3 medium fade. I asked to leave two inches up top have less than .5 an inch. The barbers scissors was pulling my hair out when I said something about it then he said I was complaining to much, that my hair was dirty which it is not, and cussing me. Third chair in from the door. Completely unprofessional and will never go there again.

Nice full-scale barber shop for men, women and children. People ask me all the time where I got my cut. Lots of long time barbers with regular clientele and walk-ins. Appointments through booksy are recommended for fastest service

I went to this barbershop earlier this week and they messed up my hair cut. I part my hair on the left side, and the barber proceeded to lop off everything left of my part. I came out having a weird swoosh thing. I've since gone home and shaved it all off. Long story short, the barber had not idea how to cut parted hair.

Great Shop! Professional, Punctual and clean!! I like the fact that you can make appointments and not have to wait. My son's barber Ali was great. Being new to the area we have experienced a few barbers where the wait time was 2hrs, or they were not in the shop that day, or appointments were canceled the morning of the appointment. I like how Ali operates and he is my son's new regular barber in Charlotte. Very happy with his service and my son's haircut.

When I first came to perfection barber lounge. Its was a great experience because my homeboy Khris cut my hair and I been coming back each time. Never complained about nothing. I even recommend my brothers to go get a haircut from him. He is passionate for what he does. I will recommend him to anyone I know. It's a great place and environment as well.
