I actually had to refrain from crying in the store. These were my valentines nails. This holiday means a lot to me and now I have botched nails for them. The first red flag was fighting the male nail tech for the color I wanted. After asking 3 times and being told, “this is all we have,” he finally brought me another row of colors and I found one similar enough to proceed with. Next red flag was the pedicure. I barely soaked my feet for maybe not even 3 minutes. Just dipped my feet in and then she while trying to cut my toe nails she instead cut the skin around my toes. Enough for me to verbally say out loud “Ow!” on both my toes AND fingers. She then just decided to not cut my toe nails at all. No filing of any sort. I went in asking for a simple French tip design and was told they couldn’t do it. I honestly don’t know what to say—if you’re doing nails, a French tip should be basic. Unless you want something extremely simple and basic, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I was so frustrated that I left without getting anything done.

I normally never get my nails done in the area because I always end up leaving hating the set I get. Two days ago I decided to go to perfection nails. These nails took about 45 minutes and he killed them! I showed him two options and he picked the harder and cuter option. They were so friendly and we talked the whole time. He only made me spend 70$ on them. You guys have me as a customers for my nails and toes now!

Merry was great ! I love my nails. She is a artist!! She painted french tips on my real nails . I have been going to see Merry for 3 yrs now. To have a Nail Tech/Artist she is so personal she has a great personality and makes you feel Welcomed. I get caught up with life & let my nails go. My husband says it's time go see Merry lol. I come home tonight and nit hi babe his words were let me see your nails. All he said was Beautiful! She did a good job! It is always clean in the salon and they make you feel Welcomed.

I’m visiting my family and needed to get my nails done. Perfection Nails was recommended to me by my sister. The appointment process was very easy and the service was excellent! Ty was my nail specialist/technician, he took such great care of my nails! I got a gel fill and a gel pedicure. I LOVE how they turned out! I will definitely will be returning next time I come out to visit! Thank you Ty! 🙏🏼😊
