First visit here and was pleasantly surprised. Huge area with multiple technicians working. They hand you a booklet so you can choose the service and of course they open to the most expensive services. It seems most salons always try to upsell the customer. However, they were professional, kind and I enjoyed getting the pedicure. Would return. The area was sufficiently clean for nail salon.

Davis was so amazing !! He even sang happy birthday to my daughter such a sweet Great man and did wonderful on her nails she loves them !!!

Normally I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I was unhappy with these folks. Normally they give really great service but these past two visits were awful. when I went in on the 10th, I told the nail tech exactly what I wanted and showed what I wanted done and taken care of. It was almost like he didn’t listen at all or care because he rushed doing everything and left my nails all different lengths, shapes and left my nails very grown in underneath. I had zero time to get him to fix them since I had work so I came back in the today the 13th on Friday since I had time off. I let the gentleman know in the front what was wrong and why I needed my nails fixed and he apologized and said he would compensate my nails. It's frustrating that I even have to write this, and honestly, this is my first time taking the time to leave a negative review. I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year, and up until now, I’ve always had a positive experience. However, my regular technician, Eddie, has not been available for the last two visits, so I decided to try someone new. During my first experience with a different technician, my nails turned out very thick. While it wasn’t ideal, I let it slide, as he wasn’t my usual technician. This most recent visit, however, was an extremely unpleasant experience. The technician made my nail beds extremely sore, and despite my repeated requests that he stop because it was painful, he continued to hurt me.
