I am natural and braids are my go to protective style. I found Perfection Braids nearly 2 years ago and I haven’t regretted an appointment. My appointments have included: shampoo and braid down, stitch braids, braided bun, and my favorite medium knotless. Not only does she braid, but her advice on hair care is always helpful. Booking with her is always easy and service amounts are straightforward. After my 2-3 visit I confirmed that I have MY braider. “My” because she quickly learned what I like, don’t like, and what works best for my hair.

My hair is natural. I was looking for a beautician that specialized in the care of natural hair and protective hairstyles. The stylist at the salon cater to different hair textures and offer versatility in styling. I am happy that I chose Perfection Braids and my hair has flourished longer and healthier since I became a client. I recommend this hair salon for all natural hair girls. It’s never overcrowded and the gossips there are of confidence and self love. I give Perfection Braids a 10 out of 10 star recommendation.

I would like to say my whole experience on my second visit to have my braids done by the owner. I arrived on time to my appointment, I was waiting on lobby when she arrived with bunch of boxes, tried to open the door by herself dropping something on the floor which I tried to help her out and she says is “OK”. I sat down and I was explaining to her that I want my braids done meeting in the back into one big braid, and she keeps replying back “i don’t understand what you want” to a point where one of her employees, the lady who did my first braids and explained to her how I want them and said to her she done it before! I’ve been coming to Arkeena for a few years now. Her patience with my hair and the amount of time it took was phenomenal! It’s always difficult finding someone reliable to do my hair, but she never disappoints and she never turned me away. I would recommend her every single time!
