Perfect Nails

Moved to Yonkers almost 2 years ago, didnt try Perfect nail until about a year ago. I have been going to same nail salon in the bronx for over 10 years! Decided to give Perfect Nails a try, when I tell you I will never go anywhere else for a pedi again, its the truth!! They are amazing! Also I usually don’t stay consistent with my pedis during winter months, but experiencing Perfect Nail’s Pedi services, I have been consistent every 2 weeks you will find me there getting pampered !!! I’ve been coming to Perfect Nails for a few years now and I can honestly say that I’ve never been disappointed. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted by Max whose energy is vibrant, always puts a smile on everyone’s faces. Sue, who does my sns manicure does flawless work, she’s truly amazing. Claudia has been doing my pedicure for about a year now and she is so detailed oriented. Everyone here is so friendly, truly a joy to come here.

After moving to NY I have been trying to find a nail salon that does SNS at an affordable price and with great customer service and I've finally found it. Lisa did my gel pedicure, Maritza did my SNS manicure and Ann gave me my 10 min massage that's included with my services and all 3 ladies did a great job. Not to mention, the place was clean, they are doing their best to maintain social distancing and offer that each client gets their own tools (file, buffer, etc.). I'll definitely be back.

I am very disappointed at the way I was treated at the salon after being a client for over 8 years. I went before my scheduled appointment time and was told by Sandy (the owner) to wait a few minutes. While that did not happen, the technician that I scheduled my pedicure was doing a pedicure for someone else at the time of my appointment. the other technician “ Kelly “that I also scheduled my manicure with. did two manicures before she started doing my manicure, I waited patiently to be called and got called after an hour. I had a picture with me of how I wanted my nails to look and got something completely different. When I told Kelly that it wasn’t what I wanted, she told me to hush and be quiet after expressing my nail concern which she was VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I

I’ve been going here for years and they are hands down the BEST! Pedicures are heaven sent. They do a great job. Leg, feet, neck, and shoulder massages come with pedicures, ENOUGH SAID! I have never had a bad experience and my nail tech is ALWAYS on point!
