Perfect Nails Kent

First time at this salon and I loved it. I showed my nail tech picture of the blue shade I wanted, and she was so patient helping me find the perfect match. The color turned out exactly how I imagined. I’m super happy with the result and will definitely be back 💙

I really had high hopes for this place. The atmosphere was nice, the people were nice but skills for the price you pay are not there… I got a builder gel fill and a pedicure. Two of my nails are crooked, and there are super bulky and uneven. And two of my toes are crooked too… I don’t get how people can see their work and still be okay with taking people’s money. I won’t be returning sadly.

......... not happy with my manicure. I wanted something different but the nail tec was rushing for me to choose. And I got the same thing I had last month when i wanted to mix it up, also when telling her what i wanted she did it wrong and burned my finger nail... but happy birthday to her son.... AMY,I enjoyed the pedicure and ty for helping with my ingrown nail, didnt hurt at all. Also think i was over charged. I asked for a shellac mani/pedi. I recieved a regular pedicure, which is fine, I didnt say anything when she started doing the regular polish. However, my shellac manicure started chipping and peeling after only 4 days. Its not been a week later and my nails look awful. The message lasted about 30 seconds on each hand. I did their text survey they send out to let them know and it said someone will get in contact with me but I have not heard from anyone. I will not be coming back here sadly

What a nightmare- I came here once before and it was good but this time was terrible. This was hands down the WORST salon experience I have ever had before. My fingers are so painful, irritated, swollen, still bleeding the next day and it looks worse than if I had done them my self. Atleast if I did it myself it wouldnt of took 3 hours, I wouldnt be paying to have them removed, all the extra nail polish removed from my hands in general and sitting even longer at the salon. This was a $166 experience unfortunately. It took 2 and a half hours to get a full set. I wanted to leave the whole way through but I dont think another salon would finish someone else's work and I have a vacation tomorrow so I toughed it out.
