Perfect Nails

I came in for a mani pedi. First thing I asked was if they could do the design. They confirmed that yes there was no problem they could do it. At the end I walked out with this and paid $115. I wouldn’t have minded changing my design if they couldn’t do it but the fact that they said they could and I walked out with my nails like this is just disgraceful.

I 10/10 recommend this salon! I recently started coming here because I’ve had such a hard time finding a place I feel comfortable at and I’ll never switch now. Rosemary and Andy are the sweetest people and they always make the experience so amazing. I’ve never had anything negative to say about them and several of my friends and family also started going to them. Thank you for being great!

This is my 2nd time at the salon. I was a walk in both times and I was taken within 15 mins. They offer so many colors and designs, I took the whole 15 mins to decide. My first set was Gel Purple Cat Eye for $42. That set last a 3 weeks before needed a fill. Current set (pictured) cost $28. Love the salon and feeling pampered once a month is nice.

Unfortunately a horrible experience! Had an appointment at 5pm. Finally had to say something at 525pm when they were taking walk ins. It’s literally 4 hours later and 4 nails have fallen off (my real nails are underneath! Place was also not clean. Not just upset, but now I have to go to get my nails fixed

i am not a complainer at all but this is by far the worst experience i’ve had. i came in for a full set and after getting it i wasn’t happy with the work , i was hesitant about speaking up but it was just sloppy work i couldn’t walk out with it. i was left sitting for a hour while they took two different clients before fixing my nails after i told her i was in a rush. i didn’t receive an apology instead she laughed when i told her i wasn’t satisfied. again, i don’t ever complain i usually just let it be. then to be charged 110$ for a basic gel full set and a gel pedicure.
