Perfect Nails

Kim never happy, she always look at you horrible look, like you own her a million, if you ask her to correct the size of nails 💅 you want, she would argue , even though many times it's even different size on left than right 🤐 we understand they both in age husband and wife so they can't see well! But if you want good business you need to apprisiate customers, tips, smile, answer yes than no or I am busy or or.

This is a good place for men to get their nails done without feeling like a sissy. Its cheap, and they do the job. No frills kinda place. Mom and Pop shop, cheap prices. Most women would probably not enjoy this place.

Kim and her husband accidentally double charge me for my pedicure. I noticed the extra charge on my bank account the next following day. I then went back to them and let them know of the mistake to get my money back that they double charged me but they said it was my fault. I was completely shocked they wouldn't give me back $45 at the end and told me to call my bank to refund the money. Like it was my fault as a customer. I will NEVER go back to them due to their unprofessionalism and disrespect.

If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid this place at all costs! My niece went in to get a full set and they charged her $45. My niece showed Kim a picture of the nails she wanted and Kim did an absolutely horrible job. My sister her mom went in to let them know that they were not happy with her nails. Kim offered to redo them and my sister declined. Well my nieces nails were drying Kim offered to grab money out of my nieces wallet for her. My niece said no but she still did it anyways. They are now refusing to give my 15-year-old niece her money back and when I called to complain Kim hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and she told me there's no manager there. Honestly people like this do not deserve your loyalty or money.
