I came here about 10 to 12 years ago and got the worst manicure of my life, but recently had it recommended by a friend. I usually do my own nails but I decided to risk it since I wanted a fun design I know I would have a hard time doing on myself. I called ahead to make sure they had time for a design and was told they did. It took him 26 minutes from start to finish and this is the result. They clearly should have just said no because this is really disappointing… $80 and all but one of the nails are flat, with the one rounded nail protruding so far out to the sides. After doing some research, I came across Perfect Nails & Co., and what immediately stood out was their strong emphasis on sanitation and the quality of ingredients they use, especially their organic pedicure options. Once I made the appointment, my wife and I went in together. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and asked to wash our hands before any service. I genuinely loved this policy, every client is required to wash their hands upon entering, which immediately set the tone for how seriously they take cleanliness and safety. I got my nails done about a week ago and have gotten my nails done here multiple times before. Every time I ask for gel, and everytime they are incorrect. The first time, I got pink french tip and it turned the color into white. The second time, i got a design and a week later, they have already peeled off and chipped. Every time I get them done here they fail to meet what I want and it is pretty frustrating, they also fail to take properly tend my nails and do not file or fix my cuticles. I asked to keep my nails a certain length and get a file and they decided to fully cut off my nails. I’m very frustrated because I also do not have that much money and feel as though this was a waste.

I finally got my nails done, and I truly love them. She listened carefully to every detail I asked for, especially the shape, and the result was exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail really stood out. The only downside for me is that you can’t request the same person again since they don’t take appointments and it’s walk-in only. Personally, I don’t think everyone does nails the same way, so that part makes it a bit hit or miss. That said, my experience this time was excellent, and I walked out very happy with my nails. The price is for nails and pedicure not including tip.

The best place for nails in the state! Dan is an absolute genius and happy to give ideas when I have none. It's worth the 40-minute ride. My fills have lasted up to 4 weeks without any chipping or breaking. It's like magic! Highly recommend.
