Perfect Nails ($29 Spa Pedi w/Callus Treatment)

I spent over $200 for my mom and me to get our nails done here, and after months of being a loyal customer, this will unfortunately be my last visit. I’ve been coming to this salon consistently since I moved nearby in April. I loved the convenience, the walk-in flexibility, and the overall experience…..until now. Two days after my appointment last Friday, my nails already looked wrong. The polish began peeling, and one nail had clear grooves where the gel dried improperly. I’ve been getting gel nails for almost ten years, across multiple salons, and I have never had results like this. I finally found time to stop by and explain the issue. Let me start by saying the staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary drinks during your service which is nice & are very accommodating.The inspiration picture on the left and the outcome on the right. I’ve been here a few times over the years and it is always a good experience. Friendly staff, clean salon & no harsh chemical smells. I showed Lee what I wanted and he SLAYED! He took his time and communicated with me throughout the entire process to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. I’m not a “regular” here, I usually only come when my girl can’t get me in but I’m considering sticking to this salon because it’s much closer and more convenient for me. I’ll be back (:

I just left and I think I should make a review. First, great customer service when I first walked in. They asked me what I wanted and even accommodated me by doing a mani-pedi at the same time since I had an appointment to make. The pedi was good but I couldn't get color, my own fault due to poor time management, which was fine. I got my eyebrows done which was nice and they look good. I don't usually say anything even if I dont like them🤣🤣. On to the mani, I asked for regular mani with no polish. I wasn't paying attention when the lady was doing my nails. She handed me a machine which I thought was just to cool the nails down but apparently it was the gel mani machine. She had already put the color on my nails before I realized that it was wrong, again I should've been paying attention. I
