Perfect Nail Spa

I'm literally sitting here in the lot in tears. 3/6/24 5 pm..Because I'm so angry! This place fell off very badly this is third and last time. Over 10 years ive patronized these people. My nails lifted and fell off. I got a new set didn't complain now look at this mess. $75.00. Done Done !

I will never go here again after a week and a half my nails started lifting. Not 1 nail all of them 😠and i paid good money for them. Horrible dont go there for your full sets ladies at first you will be pleased but the let down is comin if you go here for services ive been getting my nails done a long time and never had them lift even after needing a fill this is horrible my poor nails now i have to look for another shop and pray they do me justice

This is the second manicure I have had at this nail shop. I paid $22 for this mess. The nail tech didn’t use any cuticle oil and didn’t clean under my nail until I told her to do so. I have had mediocre pedicure recently. They were not like this when I first started coming years ago. This will be my last.

They are nice and do have more colors than most places, especially if you like the ombre or colored powders, but what the heezy happened to the massage part of a pedicure? It's like they went up on prices and took out the most important part if the process. They just think that putting 3 different scoops in the water is worthy of 50 bucks LOL ! I have literally thought of opening my own shop to solve this problem. The first time I thought it was just late and they had been working all day, and tired. The next time I tried somewhere else, now I've been all over Homewood, Forestdale, Hoover and I see it's going on everywhere, regardless of the prices and products they just look at us like swiping a card.
