like another review here, i had the same exact problem with this salon. i asked rosa if she does soak offs for gel-x nails, she proceeded to rush saying yes $15, barely even listening to me. as i sat down, she began to drill my nails at a fast speed, burning my nails down to a thin layer and not even soaking my nails in acetone or anything beforehand. (which is why it’s called a SOAK-off.) she REFUSES to take accountability for the state of my nails now, when they were very healthy and i grew them out so long before. she ruined my nails and gave me rings of fire and left them BENDY and THIN. i would not be leaving this review if i wasn’t this appalled by her work and her rude attitude. stay away from here. oh and no refunds apparently, even though she destroyed my nails!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came in for a simple soak-off of Gel-X nails. My nails were strong going in, but I left with them looking brittle, red, VERY thin, and painfully irritated. You can literally see the damage: my nail beds are sore and weak, and the redness is hard to miss (see photos). When I told the nail technician that it was burning, she laughed it off and continued, as if I was just being dramatic. I honestly find it so exhausting how careless some salons can be, especially when they charge so much for the service. I can’t believe I paid $15 just to walk out with nails that now hurt to touch and are extremely weak. Completely unacceptable.. a manicure at this place is cheaper than a soak off.. Safe to say I won’t be going back but please take this as a sign to NOT

Horrible service. The lady didn’t know how to do acrylic. I had to get my nail fixed 2 twice and still didn’t get it right.

overpriced. had to go back TWICE to fix my nails. first lady to do it was in a rush and had an attitude the entire time. very rude and insisted i did powder instead of acrylic but i knew it was because she did not want to put in the time. very rude. then when i went back a second time to fix my nails, i had to pay $30 and for what??? i paid over $100 already plus tip and had to pay to get it fixed a second time. not coming back here. only person that knows how to do nails well is rosa. so if you come here, only rosa is worth it.

Jalissa did a wonderful job on my nails. The place is very clean and relaxing. There are a lot of different nail colors to choose from.
