I usually don’t complain and have literally never wrote a review, definitely not a “Karen” type but I felt compelled to because I’m so irritated right now with this place. I’m a nurse and a mom so trying to find the time to schedule an eyelash appointment is close to impossible. I just moved to this area from Philadelphia and have been getting eyelash extensions since 2018 at different places in Phila, Trenton, and South Jersey. Always happy with my lashes, never had an issue they usually last about two to 2 and half weeks for me before a refill. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to, I booked appointment for hybrid full set every other time I have gotten a full set it has taken at the minimum 3 hours so I should of known something was off when she only took hour and a half, also I

Alexa is the best in the game! Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my lashes, she does an amazing job every time.

Lashes fell off after 3 days and looks like mostly clusters were used instead of individual lashes. Very disappointing experience. My lash tech was also late and after waiting 20 minutes I had to reschedule to a later appointment. Should’ve just cancelled it. Was hoping for this to be my go to spot but looks like I’ll need to keep searching.
