Perfect Hair Braiding

Last time visiting this shop. I was quoted one price for braids and told another when I arrived to get my hair braided. Also, the ends of my hair are so choppy (she cut the ends of the extensions) that I hate even wearing it down, I’ve tried even re dipping in boiling water to seal the ends and it’s still thick once it dries. I didn’t notice it leaving the shop because my hair was still wet and after sitting 6.5 hours, I was ready to leave. The actual braids look good but the ends are horrible. Update: Contacted the owner and she was suppose to call me back...Never Happened!! Take your business else where, if you want quality service.

I had such a great experience here! I recently got waist length braids done for $180, and I couldn't be happier with them! The store owner was very professional and started working on my hair as soon as we got inside her store! She was also very friendly and funny! I value good quality work and great customer service, and she blew me away in both of those categories! I get compliments everywhere I go, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a change in hairstyles!

This shop is absolutely AMAZING!!! Today, I had Chou Chou, and she did a beautiful job creating the crinkly box braids hat I wanted. She ensured the size was ideal and matched the hair color with my hair. This is not the first time I have been here either. This is the BEST braid salon in Southern Maryland, as the atmosphere is friendly, the salon is clean, they work incredibly fast, and they charge affordable prices. No other braid salon in Waldorf has been able to finish box braids on my thick hair in under 8 hours with at least 2 people working together, but this salon is able to have one person do it in 5 hours everytime. I highly recommend you come here if you need any braids done. It'll be one of the best decisions you've made.

I absolutely loved my stylist! She did an amazing job. I got cornrows into a ponytail and she exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere of the shop was professional but you felt like you were with family. I felt welcomed as soon as I got out of my car. I will definitely return to this shop and I will definitely refer my friends. Keep up the awesome work!

This was my first time here, as well as, my first experience with braids. I attempted to do my research on methods but didn’t get it right. Let me begin with the owner was amazing. I only wish she would’ve done my hair. I had Dee Dee who wasn’t the friendliest but I delt with it. I showed her a picture of shoulder length hair.?and expressed that my hair is very fine and thin, and that I didn’t want long heavy hair. When she was done, I noticed it was long and very loose on the ends. She stated I’m not done so I kindly remained quiet. In the end she wrapped it in a ponytail so I honestly didn’t see how long it was. Once I got home I was devastated at how heavy my hair was and the length. I will be contacting the owner first thing this morning to see how we can resolve this. I’m praying for
