Tyree you lost a client. I have been growing out my undercut for SEVEN MONTHS to drop it lower. I had it straightened out already and just needed maintenance. Today after leaving the shop, I went home and decided to touch the back of my head because I felt hair falling and part of my grow out started falling out. It had been cut and was holding on with the pomade I had put it in my hair before going to try and keep it up so you could see the line. Your solution was a free cut next time… why would I come back again? I asked for a refund. I was told no. You did however think this was okay and saw nothing wrong with the haircut. Ron is a great barber. Took the time to get to know me, very careful with cutting my hair and a job well done. I got a bald fade and left the rest on top untouched. He carefully trimmed my beard and gave me his number in case I wanted to get braids later. Very humble man. Because he takes interest in getting to know his clients and building relationships, he does take quite a while cutting hair sometimes but that's not a bad thing for me. Would recommend 100%
