I wish I could give zero stars. For anyone new to the area( Richmond Hill), beware that even after speaking with her over the phone to book your appointment, if you don’t confirm again on the day of, she’ll cancel it. I literally spoke with her the day before to confirm I’d be there, yet my appointment was still canceled. This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially when I was genuinely looking forward to the appointment. *UPDATE* I find it pretty unprofessional that you fault the customer and you LIE especially when I had confirmed I was going to be there on Friday. There was NO mention that I had to confirm on Saturday which might I add I was only 5 minutes late and you were not even in the location anymore. You were ALREADY at a different location. She did a wonderful job on my hair color. I did a 3 color high/low coloring and it turned out beautifully. She was great at fitting me in to a busy schedule and is quick to return calls or messages. I tried calling several other salons but no one returns calls.. even to say they are booked. On a side note, make sure to bring cash. They do not take cards due to merchant fees going up and being ridiculous. Also make sure to call for an appointment. Not really taking walk ins. She is very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I'm going to definitely make this my hair salon!

Very talented in hair color, cuts, and brow shaping and tinting! Prices are very reasonable. I’m now addicted to brow tinting since I look like I’m wearing makeup but I’m not. You will be pleasantly surprised! Love this place!

Awesome Hairdresser!!!! Love her work!!!👍💝💇🏼‍♀️👸🏼I called to make an appointment and was able to get in within 2 hrs. Shatha mixed colors for my hair to make it like natural. which I loved!!!!! I told her , I would like something new and She made me like a million bucks. my hair was absolutely gorgeous!! she is by far the best hairdresser, Ive been to. I really would recommend her to Everyone. Thanks Shatha, because of you I feel like a new woman!!!

I'm Christina, Chrystal for short. I just left this cute little salon today and I love what she did to my hair! I asked for an inverted bob, showed her a reference photo and she delivered perfectly! They are very nice and knowledgeable people and will make sure that you leave feeling and looking better than when you came in! A++! Though I do highly recommend this salon please do take note that it is cash only and it is not handicap accessible as the salon is up a flight of stairs. I most definitely will be a returning customer. Maybe even adding some color next time. <3
