First time coming here. Came in to get my face waxed, and the lady literally waxed off the bottom of my inner eyebrow off. And after bringing it up, she started getting nervous and started doing a completely different wax than I asked for. When I asked if they could cover up the mistake with makeup so I can attend dinner, her boss came over and helped. And didn’t even apologize for her employees mess up. The lady who did my wax asked her boss if she could discount it for the mess up and her boss said no, to charge full price. I paid $50 and had bad service and a missing eyebrow. For a first time customer, it will definitely be my last. And honestly, for the area they are in, they should have better service.

This Place used to be good, especially since the staff has remained the same. Unfortunately, the quality of their work has gone downhill. I stopped going for a while and came back, only for my eyebrows to be messed up again. Very sad!!

Ms Anita is my regular person. Listens to my needs and creates a soft round brow (kdrama style) on my long eyebrows. The have membership, facials and massage also.
