Sage is always so professional and pleasant to work with. I always have perfect brows when I visit her! 💕

First of all they are incredibly unprofessional, not only was she rude when she roughly tapped on my forehead to hold it in place, she went incredibly fast and I could tell something wasn't right. Sure enough my right eyebrow is uneven and she threaded way too much off ( it looks like I have a short straight line ) while my left eyebrow still has hair that needed to be threaded. I am so disappointed and will never come here again, it looks like a hack job. This place needs new management or new people all together.

I got my brows done firstly in which she did a not too bad job on. I had to let two other customers go ahead of me and waited just to get my eyelash ruined. She barley started and I already knew this lady does not know what she's doing, already gotten the lashes falling over my cheeks when she begins. She got the audacity to keep going and not even 5 mins in she got gaps and lash glue in between my lash line and she's like come back next time she blamed it on the glue and told me to take the off her mess myself since she doesn't know what she's doing, and that another lady the next day does. Now half of my real lashes are pulled off and glue still stuck its like irritating in between and yet she still charged me knowing she didn't deserve to for the damage and time wasted she caused me.

Great customer service experience. She was super friendly and patient with me. While I got my eyebrows threaded. Definitely going back. 😍

I would give a zero if I could, did a walk in the day before prom and the wait wasn’t that long...but it was a while. She did my eye brows which weren’t bad but where I messed up is asking her to do my lashes, with Covid and thing she didn’t have gloves on, then she was telling me to keep my eyes half way open but I have small eyes so they’re already low and she kept pulling on them What was worse was that I asked for medium lashes and she gave me long ones and I couldn’t even see out my glasses. She also complained about my eyelashes being curly and it messing her up...like ma’am why take my money if you don’t know what you are doing. PS. If you have sensitive eyes, idk what type of glue she used but my eyes were watering during application and after. Another thing next day one eye had no
