PERFECT BROW

I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service is good. I can have just about anyone do my eyebrows. I have only had 1 time that I did not like my brows after, but even then it was fixable and whe I returned the same tech did a good job. It just took a little extra communication. The staff is always nice. They are sometimes busy, but they have never been rude to me. I also go when they are not too busy and have had a chance to talk for a minute. I actually live 2 hours away and still wait until I am in Cedar Hill to get my eyebrows done here because I trust them and like their work.

I walked into this establishment at the same time another customer did. I was not greeted or acknowledged, I only received a once-over look, while the “other” customer was greeted and assisted with a friendly smile. As a first time customer this was a horrible first impression. I was looking forward to seeing what they offered but l will never consider going to this establishment again!

I have been coming to Perfect Brow for years. They usually just wax My eyebrows but recently I got them microbladed & also saw they offered Henna. I uploaded photos of the options of Henna I chose with glitter for My pregnancy photo shoot, it looked SO beautiful, and My eyebrows can also be seen in the photo. Highly recommend for threading, waxing, and try the Henna! Everyone there is so nice!

I have been coming here for over four years and I really have never had a problem. I’ve always gotten exceptional service I don’t know what this woman was on today, but she did a horrible job. They were not even she act like she understand what I was saying she had the stupidest smirk on her face. I will not be going back. Nobody can ever convince me to go back to these people.

Please excuse my French but I left this place pissed off ! I go here very often every 2 to 3 weeks. I was skeptical about allowing the young lady to do my eyebrows being my normal tech wasn’t there. She literally shaved half of my brow off and they are uneven , she stated “ they’ll grow back”.The Entire time the owner is standing there trying to convince me they’re fine ! Don’t waste your money!!!
