I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I trusted Daniel with my hair, and he completely fried it. The color came out nothing like what I asked for, and my hair was left severely damaged elastic, stretchy, and breaking off nonstop. He left the bleach on my curly hair for an hour and a half. I ultimately had to cut off about six to seven inches, leaving my hair above my shoulders just to stop the breakage. When I reached out about this, I explained how much my confidence is tied to my hair and how upsetting this has been. Instead of taking accountability or offering a refund, he only offered me one K18 treatment which doesn’t come close to fixing the damage that was done.
