Pera Salon and Barber is hands down one of the best salon experiences I’ve had! Jeralene is AMAZING. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and heard. She went over all my color options in detail, explained what would work best for my hair, and really took her time to make sure we had the perfect plan. Not only did my color turn out beautiful, but the haircut was exactly what I wanted - fresh, flattering, and so easy to style. She truly has an eye for detail! I also got a hair treatment, and my hair has never felt so soft, healthy, and revived. You can tell she genuinely cares about the health of your hair, not just the final look. Ricky is a really great barber! Very friendly and was able to advise me on what sort of style would work best. He also gives tips on how to maintain that style in between haircuts. I've gone about 3 times now and have definitely received more compliments on my hair (sorry previous person that cut my hair...). Everyone at Pera is super friendly and overall a lot of good vibes from there. Highly recommended!

Jeralene is the best! Everything I’ve requested for my hair, she’s always delivered and has never steered me wrong. I’ve had great experiences. From color, haircut, hair treatment- she nails it every time! She’s the only one I’d trust with my color. Can’t wait for next time I’m in her chair!

I've been following Pachia for hair coloring/touch-ups, styling, and cutting services for YEARS!! Pachia really takes the time to understand what I want and is open to making recommendations when I am feeling uncertain about a color. I've typically chosen a variation of blonde and she is exceptional at blonde balayages but in my recent escapade I wanted a red wine color and Pachia DELIVERED. She achieves my hair visions and makes me feel amazing every single time!! I would highly recommend Pachia for hair coloring services! I was also very impressed with Pera Salon and Barber's cleanliness and aesthetics!! The hair washing station chairs were comfortable and have a recliner!! All the hairstylists and barbers were friendly and professional.

I would not recommend this salon. At my first and only visit, I was upsold a hair treatment without being told the price -- only to be hit with a $100 surprise charge at checkout. It felt deceptive and left a bad taste from the start. At the end of the appointment, the owner (Jeralene) indicated that her procedure was to book a follow-up trim 3 months out. She said the hair treatment was optional and could be added on if desired. I never receive confirmation of the follow-up date or time. Fast forward 3 months, I receive a text out of the blue asking me to choose a time to come in the next day. Thinking I may have missed it, I ask Jeralene to forward any and all communication regarding confirmation of this appointment. She doesn't respond with any. She says she'll have to charge me a lat
