One of the best wellness experience I’ve ever had in NYC! They really know what they are doing and cater to all your needs! We got romantic blossom package that includes: 70 min couples massage, 30 min foot massage, 30 min body scrub and 50 min floral bath. It includes a private VIP suite with a sauna, bathroom, and floral tub—perfect for unwinding with your partner. The suite also features a large screen so you can relax and chill in style. Plus, when you book 3+ hours of services, you’ll enjoy complimentary sushi and other treats! Absolutely loved our massages and the romantic package was just what my hubby and I needed after a hectic month! Can’t wait to come back again!

This is beyond the best Spa/medical location thus far in Astoria. From the customer service to the work they put in to ensure you leave feeling calm and relaxed. I come to this location for cupping/needling and let me tell you, my back has felt so good ever since. Thankfully, my health insurance covers this part. Today, however, I had a chance to get a facial/massage combo and it was beyond amazing. Left feeling new. Idk how best to put it, but don’t miss out. Give them a chance!

People Wellness Astoria is fantastic. The space is calming, the staff is kind and professional, and the massage and acupuncture have made a real difference for me. Everyone is great—especially Jane, who is incredibly skilled and caring. Highly recommend.

I cannot think of a better place for muscle relaxation in this neighborhood :) and they accept various insurance that offers much better rate than any other acupuncture place that I ever inquired about. They apply various techniques to tackle my muscle tightness: massage (excellent massage therapist!!!), cupping, acupuncture and infrared lamp therapy. I feel very refreshed after the session. The environment is relaxing, clean and spacious—lots of cute decorations. I appreciate their efforts in making the place welcoming and cozy. People here are friendly and considerate. My experience here is great and I already look forward to my next appointment.

I have been coming here weekly for 2 months through my insurance. Service is fantastic. The massage needs to be stronger ... Please stronger massage. But accupuncture, cupping and red light treatment with heating is all on point. I get a free drink too :) Passion fruit tea is awesome.
