This nail salon is very clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and polite. Taylor does my nails . She is very professional, sweet, nice and does an awesome job. I’m very impressed with her design on my nails. Best nails salon I have been to. 💅💖👍

I’ve said about 3x now that I won’t go back to this place , and sadly I went again yesterday . Yesterday’s service really drew the line for me. I will not be giving this place my money anymore. The shop owner always seems to be rude for whatever reason and as much money as I spend there , made me decide they don’t deserve my business . Yesterday my little girl got a mani - pedi , the lady did a good job on her toes but the manicure was a different story. My daughter was so upset she wanted me to tell her she didn’t like them. They were a mess . I asked the lady to redo them and she said no and continued doing the nails. Shortly after the shop owner comes over and says she will do the nails herself. This is the second time I have tried Peony Nails. I went the first time based on the online reviews. However, it does not live up to the reputation people give it. During my first experience, the girl could not find my color. Convinced she had, I ended up with red nails instead of pink. Rather than offer me a discount, I paid full price and still I left a tip. Today, I decided to give them another chance. I mentioned several times that my nails were too square and, I asked her to round the edges and make them less square. When I left, I realized my nails all had sharp 90°turns and were the squarest I'd ever seen them. Upon closer review, she missed a large side of one nail with the dipping powder. A few of my nails are extra thick on one side making them seem lop sided and, none were filed

Absolutely loved this place. Excellent customer service, she asked many times if they were ok. This is the dipping powder on my real nail (i just peeled off my acrylics).. and the negative responses are based on colors, in my opinion doesn't make a shop necessarily bad. Highly recommend and will be back.

I took my daughter here for her birthday. We both had mani pedi done here. The next day our nail polish came off. I went back and spoke with Tina the shop owner she said unless I have artificial nails on the nail polish will not stay. I will post picks for you to judge. I have had many mani pedis on my natural nails this has never happened.
