Been going here since I was a little kid. Staff is always friendly and inviting. Matt listens to what I ask and I always walk out loving it. He even fixed my hair the best he could and gave me advice after a box dye gone wrong. I live 3 hours away now but will forever make the trip to my appointment in Great Falls.

Just moved here and was trying to find a salon, tried here for a haircut, it was on the cheaper side for female haircuts but it wasn’t even worth 35. My layers are literally just hard lines cut across my hair. I could have gotten a better haircut at great clips

Have had great service for years from penthouse. However, today the tried to grossly overcharge my daughter for her hair cut. Bad business acumen. We have been loyal customers for years and deserved better from you guys. We will not be returning for your mediocre overpriced haircuts. We came for the service and the people. We support local always. But not penthouse anymore.

Very unhappy with how my hair turned out. Was nothing like how I wanted. Took me calling the owner to get in for them to fix and they wouldn't refund my money for the horrible service. Will never go back!

Paris was wonderful with my 83 year old mother. She gave her a pedicure and a much needed haircut. She was patient and kind and mom loved her haircut. Thanks for being so wonderful!
