Pensee Nails and Spa

I brought my 2 daughters here to get their nails done. One got builder gel with a tip to make them a bit longer. The other got gel-x. It was $180 total. The nails did not even last a week. Nails popped off and the tips are separating. These types of nails should last weeks. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

Pensee is the absolute best place to get your nails done in the area and probably the whole state! They are always gracious, maintain a clean environment and do amazing work!

I am a regular and absolutely love it here! Kathy and team are the BEST. It is always clean, a huge variety of colors (regular, gel, dip, chrome, cat eye, etc). The team are friendly, professional, and do a wonderful job with manis and pedis. The massages are so good, i forget I am there for nails LOL Always good to call ahead, they do accept walk-ins. Park for free in the garage. Added bonus are the free beverages. If you are in need of a mani/pedi and in the UP area, give them a try!

Got a mani and pedi, charged 150$. This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Lady doing my nails couldn’t do a simple design that she restarted over 3 times before another girl had to step in to finish the job. When it came time for my toes she over-cut a toenail and it started to bleed. The tools do not seem sanitary either. The nails looked alright from afar but the lack of skill shows up when looking closely.

Seriously one of the best salons I have ever gone to. They are so professional and nice! the ladies are so easy going and make it comfortable to casually talk to them. They always make sure you love the nail color/shape/anything and if you don’t they will change it! Kim is absolutely the best! I love her energy and quality of work! She is me favorite for sure but they all do wonderful work! Would recommend to anyone! Here are some of Kim’s work - I love sparkles lol
