I have been with Pendissa since she first opened. She has always had amazing customer service, the products are priced reasonably, and she has always slayed my hair and family. She's honest, respectful, and treats you like family. I recommend her to everyone. Thank you for everything.

First visit and actually had everything I needed. Staff is very polite. You're greeted when you come in and when you leave. Sells hard to find hair products for people of color.

No help what's so ever they sit in the back doing hair while you're just standing at the register waiting and waiting. You have to call someone to help you. The owner does not know anything about her products but will tell you it's a good product. Her pricing is over the top. She finally got rid of the rude teenager who was working the register. My mother used to go and constantly and waiste money at this place. You will be better off buying online. The hair she sells is terrible. The human hair sheds really bad. Her pricing for all human hair is for someone who doesn't know any better.

I just left here. And this store is amazing. I have been here a year and couldn't find a store with quality products for loc care. This store has it all. The customer service was awesome they were very helpful. The store is very very clean and well put together. All the products are together for different needs. I will definitely be making this my go to store.

This is the first store that I run to when I need ANY hair products. I live in Rock Island an we have other stores way closer an their services are you know🤦🏾‍♀️ they have “products” an smile 😊 nah they cool too but I love this place is open when the others aren’t an I called once because I needed a bag of hair an they were closing when I had called the lady told me she would wait for me. 15 minutes later I was there and so was she, smiling an genuinely happy to be helping some random customer that only spent a few dollars. That’s true customer service with the feeling of a family atmosphere. They just need to open a restaurant in one of those open stores in that same plaza area!!!
