Unsafe maintenance practices. Observed multiple mechanics using sealant to keep panel screws in the holes instead of correctly replacing worn nutplates, just so that the lead could have the close up cards signed off by inspection. this occurred on 2nd shift, hangar T1, ABX line. Observed multiple mechanics not using safety harnesses while using scissor lifts. Observed multiple mechanics operating scissor and boom lifts without proper training or proper training identification cards. Observed multiple mechanics without SIDA badges, performing work, unattended on the ramp. As far as aviation safety and guidelines goes, wouldn't be surprised if an aircraft that was serviced here had an incident in the near future. Ive reported their practices to the FAA and Better Business Bureau and sugg

Dont listen to what people say about pemco. Different owners now and way better company now.

I honestly would not allow this company to administer services on a model aircraft. Very untrustworthy and habitual corner cutters.
