I’m not a type person to start or like any conflict but I just have to post a review. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy they cancelled on me 2 weeks before my huge event also broke my crown. Was very displeased with this outcome because she was great at her job.

If you're checking reviews to decide on booking an appointment, you're in the right place. I was completely satisfied with my hair before a bleach accident left it horrendous. The hairstylist was able to fix my hair, leaving it healthy and exactly as I had asked for. This is definitely one of the best places in Durham—highly recommend!

i rated it one star only due to i could not rate it a zero… She was nothing but disrespectful and wasn’t professional. she was an hour and a half late to our appointment and came in with a attitude. I would not recommend her to anyone but my enemies.

Gris is an amazing barber! I highly recommend her. All it took was for her to glance at a picture of my ideal haircut for about 10 seconds & she did an amazing job! If you want her to cut your hair, call her (using the same business phone #) & book an appt. *Learn some basic Spanish though, like the time of the day & the days of the week (Jueves-Domingo; THEY’RE CLOSED on Tuesdays & Wednesdays). She uses Google Translate if communication is important to you*

They did a great job on my haircut and straighten, and same for my 9yr old. Very happy!! No wait, great service, nice people too. Definitely recommend.
