I scheduled a hair appointment for my daughter. When I showed up, and re-iterated what she wanted, the stylist, Alexandra said that I had only mentioned a cut, no blow dry. I re-stated that I requested a wash, cut and blow dry. She stated that I did not. She was very rude and stated that she was fully booked and made no attempts to resolve the matter professionally. I left without being serviced and Alexandra did not say a word. I would never return to that establishment nor recommend anyone due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

We love coming here to get my hair cut! You come out of here, looking better then when you came in, highly recommended.!

Bad service, canceled an appointment as we were walking in. Very rude and dismissive employees.
