Here are some pictures of how my cut looks with straight hair. Curly you can’t really see of how bad it is but now I won’t be able to straighten it because of the terrible job. If we classed from 1 to 5 and 5 being the best and 1 as the worst, I would pick 0. This place was so bad. Yes, they were clean and the staff was friendly but the women who cut my hair did not know how to cut curly hair. I understand that curly hair is hard to cut, I know, but it seems to me that if she did not know how to cut my hair she should have not touched it. I also felt that I was being rushing to leave. The closing time was 30 minutes. All they had to say was ask me to leave and come back tomorrow, and that would have been perfectly fine. Although the staff is very friendly and it's location is very convenient I will give a 3 star rating for the following: I've been their customer since 2007 but their prices are very high and last time I went to get my eyebrows done the lady almost took all my eyebrows off. I might go back for my hair because they're experienced but not for waxing.
