I have to give a special shout-out to Elly! She has done several services for me, and she is always so sweet, kind, and incredibly thorough. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows in every detail. We love this spa (and the owner)! 🤍

Just had the most relaxing facial at Pearls Spa. It’s such a gem in downtown Acworth. Melina was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer at Pearls Spa and usually enjoy my visits, but I was very disappointed with how my recent situation was handled. I had to unexpectedly rush my baby to the emergency room due to his heart condition, and when I reached out to reschedule my appointment, I was told I would still be charged. This felt extremely insensitive given the circumstances. What makes this harder is that my massage was supposed to be a birthday present, and the therapist, Tamika, is truly excellent at what she does. Unfortunately, the lack of compassion and flexibility from the spa itself showed me that they don’t prioritize family or understanding in times of crisis. As a loyal customer, I expected better.

I have had such a great experience at Pearls! They were able to accommodate me and my bridesmaids for a spa day before my wedding. They are knowledgeable and create such a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. 👏🏼

I absolutely love Pearl’s Spa. Elly has been doing my facials for 3 years now and I’ve loved every single one of them. She also gives great massages. I also had my lashes done there and that was a great experience for me. The spa itself is peaceful, relaxing, and clean. All staff are friendly and helpful, as well. Highly recommend!
