Let me just say, it’s really hard to find a nail technician who truly listens and pays attention to every detail. Tim always does my nails perfectly.. the shape, the technique, everything is just right! Unlike other salons I’ve been to, he never makes them too thick or uneven; he gets it perfect every single time. He’s kind, friendly, and never overcharges, which makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, in my opinion, Tim is the best nail technician in Roanoke and I highly recommend getting your nails done by him. You’ll never leave disappointed! Thank you Tim!! You are appreciated! <3

I had a great experience at this nail salon. Tim did my French tip nails, and he did an excellent job. He is very precise and takes his time to ensure the nails look perfect. Tim is also friendly and attentive, making sure I was completely satisfied with his work. I paid $65 for a French tip fill-in and am very happy with the results. I will definitely be returning!

5-star pedi, 1-star business practices. While the pedicure I received was well done, I was upcharged for the deluxe pedi despite having said clearly that I only wanted the basic. I know that I said it clearly because this same thing happened the other time I went there. My daughter and I asked clearly for basic pedis, which are $35 each. She got gel, which is always a few dollars more. We were charged $50 each. When I stated that we had asked for basic pedicures, we were told that her getting gel instead of lacquer resulted in us being charged more — this is not normal or in accordance with their own printed information. THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!! Everything was perfect, the nail shaping is phenomenal, and my artist was so intentional with the polish even during the top coat. I cannot stress enough how particular I am with my nails and I have never been so satisfied after getting my nails done. COME HERE❤️
