**DANG NOW I WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS 1st… BAD ATTITUDE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is a pattern!** - Only 2 stars because the lady that did my pedicure was nice and they other staff tried to rectify the issue… BUT If you want a design do not go here! I’m new to the area and have been going here for the last 3-4 months. If you want builder go to the guy. But they are only good for basic gel and color. I’ve tried designs and both times it was ok. However today will probably be my last time after working with Tammi. The rudest and not customer oriented person ever! I showed her a basic design with gold stripes. First time coming to this nail shop on July 28,2025 and definitely my last. I came in to the nail shop base on what I was told by a young lady I saw in a grocery store since I was looking for a new nail shop. Came in to the nail shop around 3:40pm and was seen right away. Got into the chair to get my toes done and being watchful and saw they don’t spray out the bowl after each customer. They just cover up the foot wash with plastic wrap and do customers toes. I ended up choosing gel as my toes colors. While a much older lady doing my toes she use hot rocks as hot towels on my legs. Twenty minutes later they were done with the service and I pay for the services. I am at work days later I started to walk funny and found out I got blister and burnt. Went here yesterday and it smelled like nasty sewer water in there , then the lady with the glasses that's older that did my toes did a terrible job, and she cut my big toe and left blood , the leg massage hurt cause they put the hot rocks on the bone on my leg, then the polish look like my 8 year old son did it , toenails wasn't clipped down like I asked and there was still callus that was still very visible around my toes . Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I will be posting pictures tonight of the catastrophe. Oh and I left and didn't say anything because I was already late to something and didn't wanna cry in from of everyone and get an attitude.

Years ago, my sisters and I used to come here, but we stopped because the quality was always disappointing. Today, my usual salon was closed, so I thought I’d give Pearl Nails another chance, hoping things had improved. Sadly, it’s actually gotten worse. Please listen to the reviews—I wish I had. When I walked in and asked for a fill-in, they sat me down with a technician who looked the youngest and seemed inexperienced. She rushed through my nails without care or precision. She didn’t check if my nails matched on each hand, just added powder on my broken nail instead of acrylic like she was supposed to. She barely filed my nails, and they

All I want was a French manicure with regular polish. Not GEL POLISH.The woman kept changing the price from $15 to $20. Ok but insisted the polish would just come off when I wash my hands. I didn't know it would literally come off. What ever happened to regular nail polish from back in the day . The nail polish NEVER washed off i really think it was on purpose. I have regular nail polish at home that doesn't wash off never again.!!!
