I paid $180 on 2/12 for two pedicures, a full set, and a gel manicure, and I tipped $20. It hasn’t even been two weeks, and the gel polish is already chipping, lifting, and peeling. Gel services should last significantly longer than this. When I reached out to request a refund due to the poor quality, I was told that refunds are not offered. That response, combined with the results, was extremely disappointing. Please be aware before spending your money here. The prices may seem reasonable, but the quality and customer service did not reflect what was paid. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The pedicure associate was very friendly, excellent customer service, very sweet and professional. I'm giving 4 stars because they cut too far to the point I was actually bleeding A LOT! so I may not go back because of that. But everything else was really nice , great experience apart from bleeding everywhere. Very affordable. I took my son to get a pedicure, no polish but $60 for two pedicures , not bad. My feet were soooo DRY afterwards though. Beautiful polish. I added more glitter at home.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the extremely terrible experience I endured this afternoon at your establishment. I have been a customer at this location before and have never received such subpar service and unprofessional behavior. During my appointment, not only did the nail technician display a lack of professionalism, but there were also flies landing on my hand mid-service, and the nail polishes used appeared old and deteriorated. Furthermore, the technician abruptly announced that he needed to leave my appointment to a walk in client for eyebrows service for one lady and eyelash service for another. His readiness to leave me mid-service was concerning and reflected his lack of dedication to the work he was performing. As if my experience wasn't

I went to Ruby for my nails and she gave me exactly what I asked for! She truly cares about her clients and makes sure you leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
