Pearl Dentistry

The employees in this office are kind, personable, honest and amazing! It’s been so hard to find an amazing dentist that is honest, gentle and friendly. I’ve been nothing but comfortable during three of my recent visits and the dentist is amazing!! He constantly checks in to make sure you’re OK, asks if you have any questions and makes sure that you understand the work you need done. He always also wants to make sure that you understand the care that is needed, and genuinely wants to help make sure your teeth are healthy! You won’t regret coming here!

The doctors are good, but they really be doing unnecessary stuff. For example, one of the dentist told me that I needed a crown so I got a second opinion and she said my teeth are excellent. I don’t need anything so always get second opinion.

Lourdes is an amazing front desk personal! She is very nice (made coffee for me and handed me the netflix remote control while I was waiting) and patient,(she called my insurance company to verify everything so I was clearly informed on my coverage and copay info.) Dr. Lu is amazingly skilled! I had deep cleaning done and didn't feel any pain! She is also very honest and to the point, will not make any unnecessary treatment plans like my previous dental place. I think honesty and integrity are what made me feel safe and trusting in coming to her practice :)

The staff and dentist are nice, but I just feel they do things unnecessarily and a bit pushy. For example, I booked my appointment for check up and cleaning and got confirmation. When I arrived they only did a check up and told me I had to come back for a cleaning a different day, even though I was told on the phone my appointment would be for both. I've been going to dentists my whole life and never had to go to 2 separate appointments for a check up and cleaning which is a huge inconvenience. It's usually done in 1 visit. Really wasted my time.

Aida, my wonderful dental RDA was super sweet. Aida made me feel so comfortable and reassured me everything was going to be ok. I have had bad experiences in the past but today was a wonderful and pain free visit. Dr pai gives painless shots. The front desk staff are super kind and rate the entire office staff as 100% perfect!!!!
