Peak Performance Holistic Health Center is excellent. Although I drive 20–25 minutes to get there, it is absolutely worth it. Located downtown near other local businesses, it is convenient and easy to access. Online booking for recurring or one-off appointments is seamless and works perfectly with my often chaotic schedule. I also appreciate being able to see multiple massage therapists—each is highly skilled, professional, and brings their own unique strengths. It is clear the business is built on respect, strong values, and quality care, which shows in every interaction. While pricing can be subjective, I am very happy with the value given the quality of work and ongoing investment in their skills. I always look forward to my appointments and appreciate the calm, welcoming atmosphere.

After receiving an injury from a motor vehicle hitting my body, I was referred to see therapist Justin Powell. Justin was incredibly professional and treated me with care. After just a few visits, while on the table, I was able to exhale completely.. Something I hadn't been able to do since the accident due to physical pain and trauma. I would walk into the office with my heart pounding and wincing with every movement from my pain. I would walk out relaxed, in much less pain, and able to return to work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with injuries or if you're just wanting the benefits of what massage therapy has to offer.

Jaquan Mundy is amazing at athlete focused massages along with the casual massage. He knows exactly how to target tight spots, improve recovery, and get your body feeling right again. Super professional, super effective. I highly recommend him to any athlete looking to stay healthy and perform their best or anyone that just has pain in their joints.

Justin Powell did an absolutely fantastic job. I work at a computer desk for 8+ hours a day, and try to keep active outside of work by lifting, running and cycling. My upper back and neck are always trouble areas and he focused on that specifically to release the tension and pain.
