I primarily work out at the Hayden location because of the wonderful daycare staff. Five stars for them. They are all so friendly, kind, and genuinely care about both the kids and the members. If it weren’t for them, I would probably go elsewhere. Gym cleanliness: 4 stars. Personal training staff: 5 stars — I’ve had a great experience with them. Front desk staff and management: 1 star. Unfortunately, they are some of the most unfriendly and off-putting people I’ve encountered in a professional setting. It’s really disappointing, especially given how great other parts of the gym are. I’ve had many conversations with other members who share the same experience. I truly hope this improves soon.

VERY disappointed in the Hayden location. When you go on their website it says Pickleball for EVERYONE. When we signed up at the PF location we were told we could go to any location to play pickleball with our kids. The first time we went everyone was very rude to us. Our kids were either playing with us or sitting quietly watching a show on our phone. At no point were they disruptive or on anyone else’s court. Sure our ball went into other courts at times but that happened to us as well and we kindly said no worries. After we left the courts, an employee approached us and said people had complained and that NO kids under 12 are allowed at all. We are extremely disappointed that it was not a family friendly experience like they claim it to be. We will not be back to this location.

My first time there, I was very impressed from the front desk to the gym lay out. Ni can't wait to get started!! Snap fitness cancelled their Silver Sneakers program so I had to switch gyms. What a difference.

We’ve been members at Peak in Hayden for a while, but the way we are being treated lately is unacceptable. We’ve arrived as early as 8:30 PM — a full 30 minutes before closing — only to find the doors already locked. We’ve had to call just to get inside, and once we’re let in, the staff rush us and pressure us to leave well before 9:00 PM. This has happened multiple times and makes it hard to enjoy our workouts. Members should be able to use the gym during the posted hours without being locked out or pushed to leave early.

Review (date of worst occurrence 9/27/25): We’ve been members of Peak for quite some time, but have noticed significant staffing issues—both when we first signed up and now with the new closing staff at Hayden. When we originally joined, the woman in charge of membership sales was so unfriendly that she actually tried to discourage us from signing up. We decided to overlook that experience and move forward, but unfortunately, recent interactions with the Hayden closing staff have been even worse. The newest employee trained to close has been openly hostile toward members in the evenings. Around 8:30 p.m., he goes around the gym telling people it’s closing—often interrupting workouts—well before the posted hours.
