I’m an ultra athlete who came to Peak Active Care with multiple training-related injuries and tight, overworked muscles, and Ian was exceptional from the start. With his intuition, diligence, and precision, he identified and addressed issues no other practitioner had been able to figure out, and every session felt thoughtful and targeted rather than routine. Because of his work, I was able to compete in my race pain and injury free — something I’m incredibly grateful for. If you train hard and want someone truly invested in keeping your body performing at a high level, I can’t recommend Ian highly enough.

I went to Peak Active Care after dealing with stubborn shoulder pain that just wouldn’t go away. Tried PT, stretching, massage, YouTube videos. Nothing really fixed the problem. Four sessions later, my shoulder feels completely normal. The pain and tightness are gone, and I finally have full range of motion again. Ian took his time to figure out why it was happening instead of just pushing on areas. He explained everything in a way that I could understand, and gave me easy exercises that worked right away. He has that deep understanding of how the body works. If you’re dealing with shoulder issues or any kind of pain that won’t go away, I 100% recommend giving Peak Active Care a try.

I'm an athlete with persistent back pain from a L4/5 injury when I went to see Ian. He completely changed the game for me!
