My Spinal Flow session with Erika was MAGICAL… a visceral sense of being seen, cared for and held energetically in my body…deeply needed for my wounded inner child. Attuned to my flow and blockages, with her gentle touch, Erika guided and reminded my body to find itself, to find my healing within, and with that, I felt parts of myself unblock, release, re-connect and find its flow once again. Peaceful work, to describe my experience, I went after reading about spinal flow and how past trauma, emotions, and injury can affect your body and reduce your proper flow to your bodies energy and immune system. I have had plenty of injury to my spine and tailbone and whiplash, plenty of emotions and past trauma involved as well. I had lack of strength in my hip area and pain in my spine that would shoot in to my stomach to the point when I thought at night I don't need to sleep because the pain was severe, pain stiffness in my upper neck and shoulders.
