I want to share an update tied to my recent facial experience, because transparency matters to me. The service itself felt great at the time, and I genuinely enjoyed my appointment. However, several hours later during my nighttime routine, I noticed multiple superficial cuts along the side of my face near my hairline. I’ve had dermaplaning done before and have never experienced this outcome, which is why I reached out—not angry, not accusatory—simply to provide feedback and speak directly with the esthetician who performed the service. Unfortunately, when I contacted the owner, LG-the response felt immediately defensive rather than receptive. I had an incredible facial with Nevaeh today at Peaceful Rivers and can’t say enough good things. She did dermaplaning and my skin is glowing — it feels so clean, smooth, and healthy. The space was calming, and Nevaeh made the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I trusted her completely with my skin and I’m already booked for my next visit. My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Peaceful Rivers for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We have been to many spas over the years and hands down this was one of the top experiences we have ever had. The prices were unbeatable and the service was top tier. Upon arrival we were greeted with warm welcomes and such kind customer service. The atmosphere of the spa was such a cozy, relaxing & unique place you can truly unwind and be pampered. Our services we enjoyed were a massage (absolutely amazing), hydro facial & salt float. We left feeling so incredibly relaxed & rejuvenated. We will 100% book more services in the future and look forward to going back again soon!

Had an INCREDIBLE spa day today! One of my favorite parts was the facial with Vae! She explained everything she was doing to my skin and catered to what was happening to my face that day. Her products she uses are top notch and left my skin GLOWING. And don't even get me started about the massage she gives while in session. Already have my next facial booked!
