Peaceful Massage

In the three weeks prior to this visit, I purchased three separate massage sessions as gifts. When I came in today for my own appointment, I was approached at checkout by a gentleman named Ken, who questioned me about why the guests I referred had not tipped at least 20%. I found this interaction highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Being confronted about another client’s gratuity placed me in an extremely uncomfortable position and felt unnecessarily confrontational. Having this discussion in an open area added to the discomfort, and I ultimately had to request that we step outside to continue the conversation privately. I came in from out of town to visit my family for Christmas. Last-minute booked a massage with Mary, she was absolutely phenomenal. Does great deep tissue and was able to work out my muscle tightness. She was so good, I booked an appointment for my husband while we were in town! Will definitely be back.

Lucky at this spa is exceptional. I’ve tried many places for knot relief and stress, but she’s the only therapist who truly relieves my pain. Even my sister, a pilot who travels frequently, is amazed by her. Her technique is skilled and consistent — I can’t recommend her highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I have enjoyed this place for years, never had anything bad to say until now. I promoted this place and told all of my friends and family to go there. That now has changed. I understand that giving massages are very difficult and they deserve more money. However, no business should tell you how much you should tip. If you feel that your employees deserve more money, then pay them more or raise your prices to make sure they are getting what you think they deserve.

One of the best little secrets in Oakville. Pricing is great, they don’t try to get you to do “subscriptions”, none of that. You call, make an appointment, show up, get a damn good massage, pay and leave. It’s not fancy inside, but that stuff costs money. I’ve gone several times over the past couple of years and yesterday’s was the best I’ve had so far… Of course that was the first time I sprung for a two hour massage, but man, it was good. Only downside is that they don’t do online booking. You can email them to get an appointment but it’s not like.. “go to a website, see availabilities and put yourself in” convenience. Of course if they did that, I’d probably never be able to get in, they would be FULL! lol
