Lara is absolutely amazing, she listened to what I needed and also had great suggestions as well. It was so relaxing, I cannot wait to go back. I went in with my neck and back in pain and left a NEW person and NO pain. My neck's range of motion was so much better after our session too. I have been getting massages for over 15 years and she was hands down the best massage therapist I had ever been to. She is also a RN so her knowledge is so much more broader than a normal massage therapist. I highly recommend her.
