Susan is very sweet and professional and knows her work ! What an incredible experience on my recent visit to her for body massage at Interlaken inn . I would have to go back to her for this massage again and again!

Couples massage experience was 7* would def go back again! The place is quaint and comfy. Susan and Helen were terrific massage therapists, strong hands and a few unique techniques combined with classic massage. Scalp, hips, back, and feet were the best parts. A stellar experience, terrific value, and certainly recommended! Thank you Susan, Helen, and Peace of Mind!

I had a massage with Susan last year when I stayed at the Interlaken Inn . It was so memorable I was determined to get another one the following year. She is thorough and hit all the areas that were tight. I would come back to Susan again and again !

I wouldn’t categorize this as a “spa” but very bare bones waiting room with a curtain that separates the massage room. The environment is not conducive to relaxation as it is adjacent to the hotel banquet room that had a function with music and loud talking. The massage itself was adequate however with NYC pricing.

Susan was great! Professional, attentive, very relaxing space. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the couples massage as my wife was not pleased with her massage. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Susan!
