I’ve been watching YouTube tutorials on lymphatic drainage exercises and massage but I was doing it all wrong! I’m so thankful for Renee’s guidance and teaching on manual lymphatic drainage massage and techniques. She’s thoughtful, patient, intuitive and hilarious!
