I’ve been seeing Paul for several months now for a weekly deep tissue and sports massage, and he’s the best I’ve worked with. He’s incredibly skilled—strong, precise, and intuitive—giving me the mobility to continue my training while also keeping the experience relaxing and restorative. Beyond that, Paul is just an awesome guy. He creates a calm, welcoming space and really listens to what your body needs each session. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. Highly recommend Paul if you’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and heart to the table.

Paul is an excellent masseuse. He’s very talented and knowledgeable. The deep tissue work has really helped my tennis elbow. He has a real knack for being able to pinpoint the source of my pain. Highly recommend for anyone needing a massage.

I have had multiple massages from Paul and he always resolves every issue I am having. And to top it off he is a very sweet sensitive and intuitive soul. 10/10 would recommend for deep structural massage as well as relaxing soul healing massage.

I’ve gotten massages all over the place from your 20 dollar foot rubs to the 200 dollars deep tissue fancy massages. Paul is the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Every time I see him I can feel my body slip into the zone and reset. He is also very kind and always on time. If I could I’ve give him 6 stars.

I found Paul when I was searching for a qualified CMT for back pain stemming from an injury. I was in so much pain and having trouble sleeping. After the first appointment, I felt 70% better. I was so happy when I woke up the next morning and could feel the difference. After the second appointment a week later, I was amazed. Paul is intuitive and incredibly experienced.
