Pat's On Second

Literally the friendliest place, Pat was so great to take on haircuts for my son and husband! His attention to detail was amazing, music was spot on, had beer and coffee on tap, and even had some toys/lollipops for my daughter who waited with me. Highly recommend a stop here if you need a super clean cut. Good vibes!

We've been coming here since day one, and let me tell you, Patrick is the best barber to stick with no matter where he sets up shop. We're seriously grateful that his new place is not only family-friendly, but also super cool and makes you want to hang out for a while. It's just such a great overall experience! His studio is always spotless, you can easily find parking on the streets, and he even hooks you up with refreshing drinks! His haircuts are always on point. He never disappoints and gives you the most personalized experience every single time! My son and husband LOVE their appointments!

Patrick was cutting my hair in Carmel Valley for several years. I was sad to see him go to Encinitas, but happy for him to open his own place. Despite my best efforts, I could not find ANYONE who even came close to his level and just visited him in his new shop, Pats on Second. It was GREAT to see him again and am very happy I did—best haircut I’ve had since he moved. Even my wife and kids gave raving reviews (which is a big deal in my house). He is an extremely talented barber and well trained in his craft—and it shows in the quality of his cuts and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Pat has been cutting my kids’ hair for over 5 years and I couldn’t be happier. He is meticulous in his work, has incredible attention to detail, is professional, and is so kind to my kids. They LOVE getting their haircut (which wasn’t the case before Pat).
