I am not one to leave bad reviews, however my husband and I scheduled and had pedicures done this morning to have some quality time together. $140! This facility was less than subpar. Not clean inside and we both left utterly disappointed. She soaked my feet took off my polish and put on new. Stated she wasn’t good at french style. Ok. But when I asked if she could at least clean under the corners of my nails - she digs in a dresser and pulls out a shush kabob stick to clean them so I thought- ripping the skin out from under my toes nails, didn’t do our cuticles. There is polish all over my skin. I went to the store to get everything I needed to redo my nails right after the appointment. My husband and I are not impressed at all! Save your money and time. Seek somewhere else.

It wasn’t a totally horrible experience. And I am very grateful that she was able to fit me in on the day because I scheduled the appointment wrong. However, the listing online that I ordered was a base price of 50 or $52 and it was a shampoo and condition and cut. When you go to the hair salon, you set aside time to be a little pampered with getting your hair washed maybe a little good smelling product. I received a quick effective haircut in about 10 to 12 minutes. She offered to curl my hair, which I said wasn’t necessary, but she said she had a way to do it quick. So I said OK. The curl was very quick and not the best. I asked for a little layers in the back. And there wasn’t very many noticeable ones and I asked for a refresh on my curtain bangs, which she did do. I had THE BEST experience at Patrone’s yesterday. I needed a last minute appointment and Misty came in on her day off to get me in. She was AMAZING and did such a great job on my hair. I told her what I wanted to do with it and she far exceeded my expectations with my color and highlights! She also did a treatment that made my hair feel so soft and healthy! This was my first time at Patrone’s, and I will definitely be going back!!! THANK YOU MISTY!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really didn’t want to write this review because I love supporting small business women. But now it’s been a couple days after my visit here and I keep thinking about my negative experience I feel compelled to share. First off Wendy is awesome! I give her a 5 star review. I brought my daughter in for a massage and then pedicures for us both afterwards. She enjoyed the massage experience very much. The owner did our pedicures and it was a poor experience from start to finish. I was told we would get side by side pedicures when I scheduled but was not informed there would only be one tech doing them both. I would not have scheduled the appointment if I knew this.
