I would give a zero if possible. Online said that they accept walk-in’s so I went in and sat for over 2 hours and NOONE said a word to me or asked if I had an appointment or what I was coming in for. I just got bad looks from everyone like I did not belong there. Took it that white people are not welcome. What’s crazy is I actually speak Spanish and had a picture of what I wanted but no one wanted to help me. As soon as two of the ladies and the guy finished their customers, they either got on their phone or walked off. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

It was PERFECT!!!! In every way. No appointment needed and wait was very reasonable. Showed a pic of what I wanted. Now I grew up with beauticians through the family and I went to beauty school. This lady did great lines and exactly what I asked for. She was fantastic and I LOVE my haircut. Thank u so much I will return when I’m back in Arkansas. Hope to let her color my hair next.

I called at the last minute and was able to come right on in. I had to wait a few minutes for my person to finish working on the customer that was before me. I got a wash, blow dry, trim & style for $35.00. She spent her time with me and didn't rush. I was very pleased!

They were very very rude and didnt do what i requested.

I don't trust any other place with my hair. The ladies here are always on point with what I want. I go here for hair cuts and for coloring and I have not walked out of this place disappointed. They have always went above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied.
